CX Assistant Manager Level 1 is an entry-level, part-time management position, designed to develop the skills, competencies, and experience to develop into the CX Assistant Manager Level 2 position. Primary responsibility of a CX Assistant Manager Level 1 is to act in absence of the CX Manager and CX Assistant Manager Level 2 in leading the store to achieve the store objectives with regards to sales, shrink, and opening procedures, and serve customers.
